Usman joined Wind Point in 2022 and has overall responsibility for handling general corporate, legal and compliance matters. Prior to joining Wind Point, he was Associate General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Madison Dearborn Partners. Previously, he was Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at LaSalle Investment Management. He began his legal career as an Associate in the Corporate Group of Latham & Watkins LLP. Usman holds a BA in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law.
