Allison joined Wind Point in 2024. Prior to joining Wind Point, Allison was at McKinsey & Company where she held various leadership roles across the employee life cycle, and focused on people initiatives within the professional development and executive engagement space. In her most recent role at McKinsey, Allison led a global asset that was focused on supporting continued professional success of employees, departing employees, alumni and priority executives in the McKinsey network. Previously, she was the Associate Director of Global Business & Employer Development with The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and was a Business Development Associate with PwC. Allison holds a BA in communications from Michigan State University.
