Nonni’s products showcase authentic family recipes and quality ingredients. Its products can be found in mass merchandise stores, club stores, grocery stores, coffee shops and other coffee destinations and include Nonni’s brand biscotti – the number one brand of biscotti in the United States, and the THINaddictives brand of thin biscotti.

Wind Point acquired Nonni’s in February 2011. Our value creation plan for Nonni’s includes launching related products under the Nonni’s brand name, introducing new varieties of biscotti, and expanding distribution. In addition, Wind Point plans to complete add-on acquisitions of complementary cookie or snack food products to transform Nonni’s into a leading provider of premium snack foods.

Nonni’s is led by CEO Brian Hansberry. Brian was most recently Chief Marketing Officer of North America and Vice President of US Gum, Confections and Mints Category Teams for Wrigley, a subsidiary of Mars ($2 billion P&L). Wind Point acquired Nonni’s in partnership with Dave Beré, who transitioned from CEO to Chairman in 2015. Dave previously worked with Wind Point as CEO of Bakery Chef, a former Wind Point portfolio company. Dave was most recently President of Dollar General and has previously held positions as CEO of McCain Foods USA ($1 billion P&L) and President of Quaker Oats’ Breakfast Division ($1.5 million P&L).
