Hasa, Inc. (“Hasa” or the “Company”), headquartered in Saugus, California, is an industry-leading producer and supplier of high-quality water treatment solutions. The Company manufactures and distributes chemicals and ancillary products used for critical sanitization and maintenance of water systems, including swimming pools, water tanks and containment vessels for recreational, industrial and municipal end markets. Hasa operates an expansive distribution network, utilizing 11 strategically located facilities to serve over 3,000 customer locations across the western and southwestern U.S. 

Wind Point acquired Hasa in January 2023. Our value creation plan focuses on accelerating Hasa’s already strong organic growth as well as pursuing strategic M&A to expand the Company’s geographic footprint and the product portfolio.

Wind Point partnered with existing Hasa management, led by CEO Chris Brink and CFO Ken Ward, as well as an experienced team of senior leaders whom collectively average over 20 years of industry experience.

Wind Point partnered on the transaction with advisors Stan Bikulege and Luis Fernandez-Moreno who have each joined Hasa’s Board of Directors. Mr. Bikulege is a Wind Point Executive Advisor Partner (“EAP”) and brings extensive packaging and distribution experience, currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Novolex. Mr. Fernandez-Moreno most recently served as President of Ashland, Inc.’s Chemicals Group, which included the company’s Water Technologies division.
