Better-for-you kids’ nutrition platform with products delivered in a collectible format

good2grow LLC (“G2G”), headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is a better-for-you kids’ nutrition platform providing single serve juice, fortified water and milk products. The Company delivers their unique product with a collectable spout top (“toppers”) based on famous characters from children’s entertainment franchises. Beverages are sold across numerous brick and mortar retail channels, including convenience, mass, grocery, dollar and drug stores. G2G uses a variety of distribution methods, including a direct store delivery (“DSD”) network of over 220 partners which allows for optimal merchandising and efficient in-stock rates.

Wind Point acquired G2G in December 2021. Our value creation plan focuses on driving velocity and distribution gains, increasing penetration of non-core juice SKUs and recently introduced products such as fortified waters (“PODZ”) and milk, entering non-traditional channels, and other avenues including new products, international expansion, and M&A. 

Wind Point acquired G2G in partnership with incumbent management, led by CEO Gunnar Olson. Mr. Olson has significant experience leading in the consumer products industry. Prior to his time at G2G, Mr. Olson was CEO of bubba brands, inc. which successfully sold to Newell Rubbermaid.

Wind Point also partnered with advisors Robert Black and Jamie Egasti, who have each joined the G2G Board of Directors. Mr. Black, who will serve as G2G’s Board Chair, brings extensive leadership experience from his time as a Group President at Kimberly-Clark International, a DecoPac board member, and various former board roles at Annie’s. Mr. Egasti, previously served as the CEO of Catalina Marketing and Folgers Coffee as well as multiple board roles including Cholula.
