Felipe joined Wind Point in 2023 and oversees the Value Creation function for the firm. He works closely with deal team professionals, EAPs and Portfolio Company Executives to identify areas of opportunity and execute initiatives to accelerate Value Creation across the portfolio.
Prior to Wind Point, Felipe led the Strategy, Business Intelligence and Operations functions at Waud Capital Partners. He was responsible for evaluating new areas for investment, implementing cross-portfolio value creation initiatives, and working with portfolio companies on strategic and operational topics. Previously, he worked in management consulting at the Boston Consulting Group for 8 years, where he was a core member of the Strategy, Private Equity and Corporate Development practices. He began his career in investment banking at ING Bank and Lacan Investments.
Felipe holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil) and an M.B.A., with high honors, from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
