Voyant Beauty Acquires Jade Road Design And Sourcing

Chicago, Ill. – Voyant Beauty (“Voyant”), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”), and a full-service partner to the personal care and beauty industry, is pleased to announce it has acquired Jade Road Design and Sourcing (“Jade Road” or the “Company”), a rapidly growing supply chain solutions provider for the fragrance packaging industry. The transaction marks the fourth acquisition for Voyant under Wind Point’s ownership. 

Since its founding in 2011, Jade Road has grown into a leading turnkey solutions provider with end-to-end capabilities across the complex fragrance supply chain. Jade Road’s design, engineering and procurement services deliver surety of proper assembly, reduced lead times and significant cost savings for leading brands. The acquisition of Jade Road broadens Voyant’s offering in fragrance and adds complementary sourcing, design, and packaging engineering capabilities. The combination establishes a unique, vertically integrated solution for the fragrance industry.
