Clare Hardiman joined Wind Point in 2026. She is currently involved with portfolio company Clean Solutions Group. Prior to joining Wind Point, she worked in William Blair’s Tech-Enabled Services group focused on M&A. She also serves as a member of the Auxiliary Board for Chicago Youth Centers. Clare graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Cognitive Science and a minor in Business Institutions.
