Taylor-Wharton International (“TWI”), headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is a global business that serves customers through three divisions: Taylor-Wharton, American Welding & Tank and Sherwood. With manufacturing facilities in the United States, China, Malaysia and Slovakia, the three divisions together comprise one of the world’s leading industrial gas and liquid containment companies. TWI serves a wide variety of end markets including industrial gas, manufacturing, construction, housing, refrigeration and electronics.

Wind Point acquired TWI in December 2007. Wind Point’s value creation plan for TWI includes reinvigorating R&D, expanding product lines and completing strategic add-on acquisitions.

TWI is led by CEO Bill Corbin, who was most recently Chairman and CEO of Titan Propane and previously President and COO of Star Gas.
