Interface Solutions

Interface Solutions (“Interface”), headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, designs and manufactures fiber-reinforced gasket materials for automotive, heavy-duty diesel, small engine, transmission and compressor applications, as well as composite materials used in calendar bowl paper, heat shields and electrical barriers. Interface serves over 200 customers throughout the world. It manufactures products from six facilities in the United States and a seventh facility in Germany and has sales offices around the globe.

Wind Point acquired Interface in December 2011. Our value creation plan includes supporting international growth by expanding Interface’s footprint and product lines, implementing productivity and cost-savings initiatives, and completing add-on acquisitions.

Wind Point acquired Interface in partnership with CEO Bill Warkentin, an executive with 27 years of experience supplying the automotive and heavy duty transportation markets. Bill was most recently President and CEO of Titan Automotive Group GmbH, a $2.2 billion manufacturer of assemblies and modules serving the industrial, automotive and aerospace industries.
