Knape & Vogt Acquires International Source for Ergonomics

Chicago, IL, April 19, 2016 – Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”) is pleased to announce that Workrite Ergonomics, a division of Wind Point portfolio company, Knape & Vogt (“KV”), has acquired Toronto, Canada based ISE (International Source for Ergonomics).

ISE is a market leader in ergonomic office and workstation products providing adjustable keyboard platforms, computer monitor supports, education and training stations, and other accessory products to corporate and government agencies across North America.

Workrite will begin integration activities immediately, but anticipates both Workrite and ISE will continue with business-as-usual for the foreseeable future.  

This acquisition marks the sixth add-on for KV under Wind Point’s ownership.  The business has nearly doubled since Wind Point’s initial platform acquisition and continues to exhibit multiple avenues for continued growth – organically and through additional add-on acquisitions.
